A tougher Semi Key date.  Choice Very Good+, about as close to a Fine as you can get.  The Reverse certainly makes a Fine, just a bit short in the letters of LIBERTY.  In my experience many dealers would sell this as a "Fine", so priced based upon that reality.  You cannot purchase a coin like this at a discount in the real world market, given the price spread between grades (priced based upon my actual cost).  Old cleaning as usual, however looks pretty much what a circulated early Barber Half should in this grade range.
