A tougher low mintage date.  Choice Very Good, four full letters of LIBERTY, 1/3 to 1/2 of the other three, a lot for this date.  The Reverse is a bit weaker and typical of a O Mint strike, but the rim is complete if not bold.  An ancient cleaning as usual, however the color appears normal and this might well certify if submitted, based upon my experience that the services tend to give early O Mints a "mulligan".  Either way a solid example.
