(This is a cross listing from ebay, for those clever enough to find their way here …) Detail and surfaces of a mid-grade AU or better, what I would expect to see in a certified AU-55 holder (not too far from some AU-58's I've seen).  As common, a light old cleaning, mainly noticeable only as a slight dulling of the surfaces, if you know what to look for; this may have only been dipped.  This date is also noted as typically having "soft" luster, largely due to a commonly poor strike.  This coin does display the typical weakness on Liberty's hand and down her body/left leg, but certainly not horrible. Luster is bold and obvious, with NO obvious or heavy hairlines, however I do not believe that this would certify in a non-details holder, so have not tried.  This is priced based upon "market pricing", considering that I expect I can sell it to another dealer who is less picky than myself as a "slider" (AU-58) - such is the real world we live in.  As always, the coin is guaranteed genuine, in perpetuity, backed by our firm's 80+ years in the business, and all the industry "garden salad" (PCGS/NGC/CAC,ANA, etc., etc.).
