Very well struck for this issue, without signs of the peripheral weakness noted by David Lange (other than just a touch at "STATES"), or the very common weakness in the fasces lines.  This date is common found in certified holders in Fine or even VF without complete lines, being Net graded based upon the surface or Obverse detail.  Based upon observed certified grading, equivalent to what will normally certify VF-30 or 35.  Signs of a very old light cleaning however not beyond the possibility that this might certify in a normal holder.  Either way, very acceptable for a mid-grade set.  While it should not need be said, this is guaranteed genuine, backed by our firm’s 80+ years in the business, plus all the industry “garden salad” (PCGS, CAC, NGC, ANACS, ANA, etc., etc.).
