A Semi Key date, tough enough to find in Uncirculated grades, let alone with any semblance of original Red surface.  This coin shows considerably more Red on the Obverse than you commonly see – the Reverse is a paler yellow and the coin shows some light overall streakiness due to problems with the alloy mix in the planchet used.  No significant marks, just a random light tick or two.  A sharp Reverse, better than most, although the Obverse shows some evidence of die wear. Both the planchet color difference and use of mismatched dies is very typical of the date.  Not a huge number at PCGS even given the recognized condition rarity of this date – just 310 coins better than MS-63 in Red Brown & Red combined.
