An attractive, better than average Uncirculated example of this date, which with high Wartime economic demand driving production commonly comes very mushy or with poor surfaces. This has a nice sharp Obverse, the Reverse die just starting to show obvious wear. Interesting color, a soft milk chocolate color with greenish undertones. Minimal marks; one tiny Reverse spot and a minor area of discoloration at the bottom of the Reverse are all worth the mention.
