While relatively available in Unc grades for an early Lincoln Cent, certainly more so than its Philly or San Francisco Mint stablemates, quality coins are scarce as Denver seems to have had a problem with planchets. Uneven or washed out color is common. This is a decent evenly colored Red Brown Unc, more Red than Brown certainly. It does show a small trace of die wear common to the First World War period issues, but has an overall good strike.
