An original example of the first U. S. Small Cent released for circulation, and obviously a coin that was plucked from pocket change just after release.  A few tiny marks to show evidence of handling, but nothing that I would call visible “wear”.  Frankly, I think PCGS shorted the grade a bit, perhaps as they felt it does not show enough luster to garner a 58 grade.  Regardless, a sharp coin that would serve as a high grade example of this classic Type.
