A Semi Key date in this grade range, due to poor overall quality being the norm.  The strike is typical of the issue, with a sense of light mushiness overall.  However a nice bold date which is not common and some signs of luster.  Some of the strike deficiencies are due to the dies having clashed heavily although I also see some general erosion.  Overall a lot better than you typically find.
