A sharp original example of this popular Key Date. A bit of mild softness on the Bison’s forehead which is a typical problem area for this issue is about the thing to note about strike. This was struck from very strongly clashed dies, also common to the issue - very noticeable under the Native’s chin. Otherwise classic soft yellow-gray color and noticeable luster. Still not sure where PCGS saw any “wear” on this coin, which would easily fit into an Uncirculated set of Buffalo’s without looking amiss. I would say that this would CAC with ease as well.
