Extremely Fine+, equivalent to what will normally certify EF-45. Well struck on a sound planchet, somewhat unusual for a date that commonly comes with mechanical issues, such as planchet flaws or poor strike.  Probably very lightly cleaned a very long time ago, so might or might not certify in a "normal" holder, however not what I would call a problem coin.  Most dealers would not bother to mention the possibility.  Guaranteed genuine, backed by our firm’s 80+ years in the business, plus all the industry “garden salad” (PCGS, CAC, NGC, ANACS, ANA, etc., etc.).
