A semi key date in this grade range.  99% of the original luster, and what wear exists is some light scuffs and "hairlines" from brief circulation, not a cleaning.  Not too far from what will certify as a low end Unc in my experience (and certainly many commercial dealers would try to call it that). Equivalent to what you will find in certified AU-58 holders, if correctly graded. I will note that I have seen coin like this in low end “Unc” holders, as Peace Dollars tend to be given a “mulligan” when it comes to signs of light circulation.
