One of those "tweeneer" dates, not considered rare but not really all that common in Unc either, certainly less often seen than the 1903 issue. The surface shows a light overall bag haze which hides the luster a bit, however this shows that the coin has not been dipped. Otherwise the typical slightly dull, "satiny" or gray luster noted for the late P Mints, reasonably well struck for a C-4 hub.
