Equivalent to what will normally certify VF-35. Just a bit short of a full EF grade, which would mean a significantly higher asking price.  This is a date that has a very sharp price/value curve - AU’s are well over $2,000. I am sure that most commercial dealers would have no problems calling this "EF" in order to get the additional $$$.  An attractive solid mid-grade example.  The last two of this date in PCGS VF-35 sold at Heritage for about this price, and both of them had been cleaned and were less attractive.
