I compared this to an NGC XF-45 certified coin I also have available, as well as a number of other PCGS & NGC certified coins of a similar grade and it certainly appeared to match the same "number".  As usual a VERY old, very light cleaning, probably from the 1960's, however the color is good and obvious luster remains around the rims.  No worse than many certified coins I have seen that were also obviously cleaned, certainly perfectly suitable for a better grade circulated set of Morgans.
