An attractive problem free and apparently 100% original circulated example of this Key Date.  Well struck with a full bold date, this tends to be a "unicorn" even on the West Coast where S Mint Key & Semi Key dates show up more often, logically enough.  Basically impossible to purchase from any dealer with half a brain cell for a "bargain" price in my experience, let alone current theoretical market value.  Based upon observed PCGS certs I reviewed, this should certify EF, probably Choice (EF-45).  If so, my guess is CAC wouldn't have too much of a problem with it.  Regardless, priced based upon my actual cost and opinion of value.
