A decent high end circulated example of this tough date. This was lightly cleaned long ago, just dipped I think, leaving it just a tad bright. A bit scruffy overall, however this date is so difficult to find even on the West Coast in AU and better, I could not pass it up. This still might certify if submitted, likely as an AU-53, but I think it belongs in an album, where it should tone back over time.
