Scarcer than the "Fancy 5", however oddly enough typically valued a bit lower - that makes this a sleeper as far as I an concerned.  Original and problem free, hints of original planchet color and plenty of obvious luster.  What you would likely get as a bargain priced "Unc" from most commercial dealers - and a few months ago probably would have certified as MS-62 at the major services.  Repunched date visible on the "8"; this is common for the issue so mentioned for interest rather than to increase the value.
