An original EF+ example, with some obvious luster remaining particularly on the Reverse. No Drapery as are all of the date. There is a light, very old mark across Liberty’s body however this should not prevent it from certifying if submitted, in my opinion, however I do not see the point as I believe this belongs in a Type album. Surface preservation equivalent to what will normally certify EF-45; the mark might cause it to “Net” EF-40.
