I would call this PQ as I believe the coin never saw any actual circulation, picking up extremely minor wear while stored in a misc. lot of period coinage.  Attractive medium brown surfaces with a few slightly darker areas on the Obverse; nice obvious luster, especially on the Reverse.  Spot and stain free, unlike a number of similarly graded specimens that have sold recently at auction.
