A flashy white Gem BU, well struck for the date, as befits the grade.  This shows bright, frosty luster on surfaces that have a slightly "pebbled" look, indicating a touch of die wear.  Given that the strike is better than most '41-S's, although a touch weak along the vertical line from Liberty's head to left knee, as usual.
