First year of the Type and always popular as such. Claims to an EF grade. The Reverse certainly has the appropriate detail, and the Obverse matches a number of certified EF coins I reviewed. The grading on these tends to wobble around quite a bit, due to issues with strike and surface issues. This suffered the inevitable cleaning a long time ago - although the color is good, some visible hairlines remain. I will simply call this Choice VF and price accordingly. Regardless of the old cleaning, this should certainly serve someone for a Type set.
