Frankly, about as Red for a RB as I think you can get - just an Obverse smudge from light finger contact at one point, and maybe a bit of fading on the Reverse.  Nearly fully struck, about as well struck as you will see this date, considered on the the two or three worst made in the entire series.  On top of that, neither the consignor nor myself could figure out why this was only a 63.  The small nick on Lincoln's jaw is about it.  This does show some die polish lines, so maybe that confused PCGS?  Either way, I think worth a premium versus the average coin you encounter in this grade.
