An attractive Uncirculated example with significant remaining original planchet color. The color is a sort of overall orange-tan. The term “Red” to denote an un-toned Lincoln Cent is a bit of a misnomer, as original planchets ran anywhere from a bright straw-gold to a dull orange-brown, depending upon era and where they were made. All the Mint cared about was that they were round!
