Equivalent to what will normally certify MS-63 - pretty much identical to the PCGS specimen I also have listed. The slightly "yellow" color on the Reverse is typical of coins that spent many years in a Whitman-style folder, whose glue backing tended to cause some toning.  Some light spotting on the Obverse confirms that suspicion.  A middle die state, with some obvious die stress lines visible, but otherwise a decent strike.  0427-04
