Original with a good strike for the date, missing just a few star radials and some detail at the bottom of the wreath.  A few very light scuffs across Liberty's cheek and the shallow curving line across the base of her bust are all that limit the grade. My opinion is that this would certify as at least MS-62, very likely MS-63 based upon prior submissions.
