Sorry, but this grade is ridiculous. In my opinion this should be in a AU-55 holder, however PCGS has turned far stricter recently. Totally original and with obvious luster showing across much of Liberty’s cheek – I have seen worse looking coins in 58 slabs, after being suitably “processed”. Should easily CAC if submitted, just not worth my cost. FYI, the current CGP Retail value for a PCGS/CAC AU-53 is $240.
