Original and and I might add a true VF, unlike many if not most sold by "commercial" dealers.  One of the worst struck coins in the series typically, which lets some get away with that excuse to overgrade this date (including the grading services, by the way).  Based upon the typical crapolla I see offered for this date in the VF grades, even the supposed CAC CPG value is too cheap.
