Certified in an old green label holder (OGH).  Out of the personal collection of my long-retired former business partner, almost certain to have never been seen by CAC (he is very old school).  In this case, I have not bothered to submit it as the price difference was not worth it to me.  Otherwise, about the typical strike, which I think accounts for most of the assigned grade.  Flashy original surfaces.  The older holder does show some gentle scuffs but no damage.
