A pretty example of this slightly tougher date with a full fairly bold date.  Typical for the '24-D, a weak head.  Metal flow on these seemed to all be North or South, so you have a choice of a decent head and weak date, or vice versa.  Soft, slightly fuzzy luster but flashy with just a touch of light toning.
