Close to a full Very Fine, certainly most commercial dealers would call it that (mainly as the value doubles). Short just a bit primarily on the Eagles left (facing) wing. This is the key to grading Barber Quarters, which are commonly unevenly struck on the Obverse - conveniently "ignored" by many. A few light marks but seems original.
