An original Choice Very Good, equivalent to a certified VG-10 in my opinion. Flat out RARE in this grade, especially if original. When I was building my own Barber Quarter set (back in the Stone Age …), this is one date that I could not find in VG to Fine. All the rest, and that includes the Big Three, were available, and I was on the West Coast no less. Only 17 certified at PCGS, versus 19 in Fine-12 and 360 from Good-4 to VG-8, quite a drop off. Barber Quarters tend to be a slow seller, but if you really want a nice example of a very tough coin … here it is.
