Maybe just a touch scruffy, however well struck with more than half of the luster still present – looks like PCGS knocked it down a tick to account for the surfaces as this otherwise looks like AU-55’s recently certified. VERY tough in the better circulated grades. Individual coin images by PCGS as well as my own, as I felt their images made the coin look a bit dark and did not show the luster well enough.
