A sharp AU+ coin, a touch scruffy perhaps on the Obverse from natural circulation contact, but with a good strike and obvious luster. The Obverse toning is typical of a coin that spent time in a Whitman-type folder where this would have been on the last page with the Obverse in direct contact with the paper flap. The Reverse is a more natural soft gray color. The older PCGS slab shows some scuffs, so I say “crack it out” and put it into your Type album as a nice example of the 19th Century coinage.
