An attractive, upper end circulated example of this Key Date. Like seemingly 95%+ of all survivors, this was undoubtedly lightly cleaned at some point in the past. However, the color is in the range of what I would expect for a circulated coin, a medium gray with some hints of red. Well struck on balance, the digits of the date are a bit shallow but complete and even. More than likely, if submitted for certification, this would holder in a “normal” slab. I do not see the point as I believe this belongs in an album.
