As it should be, frosty devices and deep, watery mirrors. 950 in the grade at PCGS (198 at NGC) versus only 46 at CAC (PCGS & NGC), as of June, 2020. This is a low percentage given the market premium for "Dimples". As this is an older holder, I note a slightly scuffy area at the center of the Reverse lens, perhaps noticeable as it make the Eagle's breast look a bit "fuzzy".
