(Sold on ebay May, 2022) A scarce circulated example of this Key Date, as few got out when originally struck. 65% of the Mintage was released during the various GSA Dollar sales. One estimate has less than 10% of those struck having reached circulation, with as few as 3,000 circ coins known to exist. This has created very flat pricing, with maybe only $100 between VG and Unc. Likely lightly cleaned a very long time ago, however the color is good and this would be considered "original" today by the standards of PCGS & NGC.
