An attractive Uncirculated example of the first year’s production of the series, and one that appears to be original, no less. As is common, the Obverse shows a few more marks and scuffs than the more protected Reverse, but nothing serious. If submitted for grading this should come back MS-63, if I am any judge of horseflesh. It is interesting to note that most of the certified pieces I reviewed were toned to a large degree, and none too prettily at that! Which makes it all the more interesting that I do not think that this coin has ever been dipped! As this is “in the raw” and not certified, I will offer it based upon my actual cost - PCGS is having some “hiccups” right now in late 2020, so I have resisted sending this in, however maybe later if the spirit moves me.
