Y-70. Commemorative Ruble struck to celebrate the 300th Anniversary of the Romanov Dynasty. A fully original coin with light to moderate toning that does not hide the obvious luster underneath. Not easy to find as most specimens that survived in the West are souvenirs brought out by emigres, and seem to inevitably have problems such as cleaning.
