Well struck for an issue that typically comes with the date and lettering mushed into the rim, as well as commonly with nasty clashmarks.  Close to EF and might certify as such on a good day.  Appears original.  Certainly a bit of a sleeper, looking like this, despite the relatively thin market for the series.
