Well struck for this date, one of the worst made of the entire series. Perhaps not as crappy as the 1925-D and ‘26-D issues, but close. This is a true VF+ with a complete horn, and closely matches a couple of PCGS VF-35’s I compared it to. I will not claim that grade however I will guarantee a certification at VF-30 at the service of your choice, even at the current (Nov. 2023) stricter standard. Priced accordingly.
