PCGS has turned absolutely BRUTAL in assigning numerical grades to Buffalo Nickels recently, based on recent submissions.  This coin is well struck for the date, bright and lustrous and spot/stain free.  The typical certified MS-62 is darker, toned unevenly, spotted or stained, shows hairlines or in some cases even questionable as an Unc.  Not this coin as outside this holder, any normal dealer would call this Choice BU (and probably MS-64), so I think I can safely say "PQ".
