The popular first year Liberty Nickel issue, struck as a Proof. This coin shows some hairlines from an old cleaning. The cleaning is quite old as the coin has retoned a soft gray with yellow tint, which helps hide the hairlines unless you are closer than a foot or so from the coin (or have really good eyesight). This coin is guaranteed genuine and to certify as a minimum of Proof Details. However I have seen my share of coins like this that make it into a "normal" holder with a low numerical grade assigned, in the Proof-60 or 61 range. It is priced accordingly.
