A nice bright flashy BU coin, that most commercial dealers would call "Choice".  Mostly just some light, scattered scuffs from banging around in a bag of Dollars. The one curving line in front of Liberty's face limits this to the equivalent of what should certify MS-61 or 62, in my opinion.
