An attractive mid-grade example of this Semi Key date from Carson City.  I am sure that this was very lightly cleaned a "stone age" ago, but I am just as sure that most dealers would never mention the possibility.  The color is what I expect of a circulated CC put aside during the 1950's and I am sure that it would still certify if submitted. Based upon observed third party grading, my opinion is that this would likely certify VF-20 – the Reverse is stronger than that however the Obverse appears a bit too weak to get a 25.
