An original circulated example of this tough low mintage date, certified PCGS Good-6. 13 in the grade at PCGS, with a total of 116 circulated coins and 4 Uncs. NGC numbers are 40 Circ and 5 Unc (most likely a few “crossovers” in an attempt to get a higher grade in there). Even given the incentive to certify any example, this is still barely half a Percent of the original already tiny Mintage of 20,000. Typical surfaces of a coin originally put away at random by a member of the public, this has been impounded in an old collection for many years so is new to the Population.
