This has the appearance of a completely original coin, although I would assume that something might have been done to it in the early part of the 19th Century, just because I have a tough time believing a coin like this could have escaped being cleaned at some point! Regardless, about as original as a low grade coin gets, without the usual problems associated with long use. A solid VG, likely to certify at VG-10 if submitted.
