Well struck and a very scarce coin, this was lightly cleaned a fairly long time ago. Just a tiny bit scruffy, some of the hairlines present are likely to be from the brief circulation it saw, not the cleaning. Well more than half of the luster survives, and this stands a slight chance (maybe less than 25%) of certifying today, which is why I have not bothered to send it in. Some people could not tell it has been cleaned, and in my experience, many dealers would not tell you either. Certainly still a worthy specimen to consider, as difficult as it is to find.
