Some wispy marks probably from minor handling and/or years spent in a coin album, which explains the toning. There is a whitish “water mark” on the Reverse. Otherwise very well struck and very close to Full Bands - I was tempted to send it in but thought better of the matter upon reflection, as I felt this belongs in an album set. Sold as the equivalent of an MS-62.
